 Experts say that if you really want to ward off Dementia You need to start taking care of your brain in your 30's and 40's (or even earlier).

Using both hands works both sides of you brain and yet it can be a stress reducer.

 The Friday Night Craft Group has adopted two Projects:

 1. Knit or crochet sachet containers for Hospice.  Talk to Vern about the pattern.

 2. Knit or crochet lap robes for James A. Haley Hospital.  Jeanne has MANY patterns.  If you are really ambitious try knitting helmet liners for our troops.  Jeanne has the pattern.
